About Premier Body Shop

Located at 2315 Market St, Laredo, TX 78043, Premier Body Shop operates as an auto repair shop serving Laredo in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (956) 516-7371. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Customers rate it 4.3 out of 5 on Google across 20 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded auto repair shops in Laredo.

Laredo is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Laredo follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This place is very communicative until it requires for the little mess ups. I took my car for the left bumper and fender they didnt take as long as others. However when I received the car one of my tires had 3 nuts only, the window was not placed properly and my steering wheel buttons were peeled. I told them on the spot they said they replace the buttons and had someone reach out about the window. Later I noticed my trunk was missing bolts and i had to find replacements and the cover of the light inside. Til this day i haven’t gotten not even a text and mind you i reached out once or twice. Nothing.

What an amazing experience with Premier Body Shop! My truck looks brand new! Customer service was awesome, honest, very polite and attentive. Highly recommend them! I walked in and was greeted by Jesus, he listened to my concerns and requests, gave me a timeline and a quote in less than 5min. They honored the time, the job was done with the highest quality materials and they kept me informed throughout the process. Will be recommending to friends and family! 100% satisfied! Before going to premier, I googled a couple of places and drove to get a quote to the top google review places in Laredo, went to the first, and they made me wait so much to get a quote and the guy made seem like it was an inconvenience for me to get a quote, when they finally saw me, the guy kept pushing for me to use my insurance, he sounded more like an insurance agent than working on a body shop, he quoted me more than double than premier, and he said "If you use your insurance, it might be more.." ... yeah, sure thing buddy, hungry much? But then i started asking around and 2 out of 2 recommended me to Premier, and now I know why, Jesus was so respectful, honest and very knowledgeable about his work. Wi
